A baby appliques embellished frame can be made using scrapbooking stickers or by making your own. Some items that can be made easily are bibs, rattles, bottles, or baby blocks. You can use items that are specific to a boy or a girl or use gender neutral items. These are just some of the ideas that can be used in making this embellished photo frame.
This frame is for a girl so I used a pink bib, a rattle with a pink bow, and a name tag on the bottom. You can use whatever you like to make it extra special. Crochet a tiny pair of booties or make some out of felt or use scraps of fabric.
To make this photo frame, you will need the following:
Materials:
Wooden photo frame or photo frame of choice Felt appliques (i.e. bib, rattle, name tag) Craft paint (optional) Paintbrushes (optional) Hot glue or craft glue
Instructions:
Step 1: Make or choose the felt appliques you will be using for the frame.
Step 2: Arrange the items on the frame in the manner that you choose.
Step 3: Apply glue to the items and place them on the frame and allow to dry.
Step 4: This step is optional. You may paint dots or stripes around the border of the frame to match. Allow paint to dry.
If you are using craft glue, follow the instructions on the bottle for drying times. Hot glue dries very quickly so you must place the items on the frame before the glue dries.
